Hey guys, this is week 31 of my pregnancy. I struggle with autoimmune disease (primarily thyroid, as do my mum and grandma) and I'm a high risk pregnancy because I have gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension, as well as being classed as high risk in my first and second trimester due to a false positive NIPT. I also had severe nausea through the first and 2nd trimester, and I still struggle with that even though it calmed down. The fatigue and dizziness are my most problematic symptoms of my chronic illness and pregnancy is known to cause those symptoms too. Also the 3rd trimester brings all kinds of pains, acid reflux, digestive issues and stuff! Pregnancy has been really difficult so I just wanted to be real about it in this video in case it helps anyone. It's pretty taboo to say anything negative about a pregnancy because there are a lot of people that struggle with infertility and loss. It's supposed to be "the best time of your life" but a lot of people find pregnancy to be the hardest times of their lives for obvious reasons. There's a lot of pressure on people to hide reality and only say positive things but I'm pretty past that at this point because I'm just exhausted and don't feel well at any point of any day and that's really grueling. So please skip this one if you don't like negativity because things have been hard and I'm just being real about it x
