They stand behind their products and you can call them up and talk with them to ask questions. So far I've used these batteries to shoot over 300 videos for my YouTube channel. I love it that the plastic tab for pulling them out of the Hero4 is longer than on the original GoPro battery. Makes it easier to pull them out.
