In this recipe, we have not used potato nor maida for binding but instead, we have used paneer, spinach, mint, coriander, some Indian spices. For binding, we have used oats powder, and to make these cutlets crispy we have added corn flakes powder. We have dipped them in oats slurry and rolled them in corn flakes powder. Then these cutlets are fried in olive oil. You can shallow fry them too.
