You will have to shoot them at the blue shards right in the middle to get them all to deflect to Sophia's robot ghost. Once all 4 lasers are connected they will materialize her and you can then guide her to Kino where she will land on top of the teleporter and power it up. After that she will tell you its ready and you can all teleport to Samantha's room where you will find the Kronorium book and the opportunity to put the spark from the truck to unlock Takeo's Katana and PAP'd guns from the box/walls. This will then allow you to collect Gate Worm eggs from around the map which is Step 6.
