Rebecca Scown - New Zealand Rower

Rebecca made her senior international debut in the New Zealand women's eight in 2006. She moved into the women's pair and has been in this crew since 2009. After a year with Emma Feathery, when they won two World Cup regattas and took a bronze medal in the World Championships, Rebecca was joined with Juliette Haigh in the pair and won the World Championship in 2010 and 2011. Rebecca and Juliette took out Bronze behind Great Britain and Australia at the Olympic Games in 2012.
