Step into My Parlor... is the forty-third main mission in Marvel's Spider-Man. Mary Jane Watson searches Norman Osborn's penthouse for the location of the Devil's Breath lab. Mary Jane Watson calls Peter Parker to let him know she has not found the location of the Devil's Breath lab. As it was not in the city, state, or federal databases, she suspects the lab is off the books and that its location may be in Norman Osborn's penthouse. With it full of Sable International soldiers, she thinks she has a better chance of sneaking in and avoiding a firefight than Spider-Man. He agrees to wait outside in case she needs backup. Mary Jane sneaks in through the elevator just as Silver Sable and Normal Osborn exit. In the penthouse, Mary Jane accesses a secret lab, then witnesses some records and discovers the truth of Mister Negative's origin: that Norman and Otto were working on GR-27 (Devil's Breath) some time ago, and Norman rushed ahead with human trials by giving a young Martin Li the serum when his parents came in for a consultation. Li exhibits his trademark "negative" abilities, appearing to kill both his parents. Mary Jane begins downloading the information, but is startled by a container that holds a jumping bio-engineered spider, causing one of the nearby glass containers to shatter, releasing the spider but also alerting Silver Sable. As Sable leaves, Mary Jane sneaks out to the balcony. As she takes out the last guard there, he fires a round, alerting the other soldiers. With no other recourse and with Silver Sable and her men approaching, she leaps off the edge, to be caught by Spider-Man below. Spider-Man drops her at the F.E.A.S.T. shelter as she fills him in on Harry's sickness and the origin of Mister Negative, also giving him the location of the Devil's Breath lab. Spider-Man is an action-adventure game based on the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man, developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4, Remastered for PlayStation 5. It is the first licensed game developed by Insomniac and their first game in their Spider-Man Franchise. The game tells a new story about Spider-Man that is not tied to an existing comic book, video game, or film. It covers both the Peter Parker and Spider-Man aspects of the character.
