Trolling An Angry Low Level: Red Dead Online

This all started because he was doing the mail mission and I was just going to ride by him but he shot and killed me. So I came back and killed him then took the mail to turn in for myself. But apparently the lobby was glitched out so I couldn't turn it in and so this happened.
