I finally get to try out the new Suzuka mod and find the perfect car to test out the tarmac. The 2016 ACFL mod, with every team represented in this mod having their own specified handling characteristics. The mission for this run was to replicate the conditions for the 2016 Japanese Grand Prix as closely as possible(pretty much like any of my 'Q3 Simulated' videos), and to beat Romain Grosjean's time of 1:31.961; a laptime so well executed it got him into P8 on the starting grid that year. I was able to get into the low 1:30's with the conditions I set on the appropriate tyre compound, but remember, this run is with no traffic/dirty air, so it's quite possible that Romain could've went quicker on his flier, though this replication of the 2016 Haas does feel a little too light, and also a bit grippier than its real-life counterpart. All-in all, still great fun trying out this beautiful track mod and stepping foot into a 2016 Spec Formula 1 car again. Powersliding around in 2nd gear is something I've really come to miss in this super grippy era of F1, but can't really say that I necessarily want it back though 😂😂 wheel: Logitech G29 no assists weather information included in video
