Should children be able to 'change gender' at school without parents being informed?

The report details the extent to which gender ideology has been adopted by schools in England, with the majority of schools surveyed now teaching children that people have a gender identity that may be different from their biological sex and only 28% of schools reliably informing parents when their child discloses feelings of 'gender distress.'
