In this video, I use the WSM 22.5. The setup is using the Weber Extension Rack for hanging meat like a PBC. Also, instead of using the hang rods, I placed a warmer rack over the extension rack to cook onions, peppers, and Cajun smoked sausages on top of it. Also, we cooked some potato bombs and shrimp on skewers in the bottom rack. Everything turned out really good. This cook was a lot of fun. The WSM performed well.
