Day 13/30 Fat Loss Journey | The Importance of Rest & Recovery 🧘♂️ Today is Day 13 of my 30-day fat loss journey, and it's a much-needed recovery day! 🔄 Rest days are just as important as workouts because they help with muscle recovery, prevent injuries, and keep me feeling my best. Since I’m not moving as much today, I naturally eat a bit less to balance things out. Spent the day at home, focusing on self-care and mindset—did my 5-minute journal, got some work done, and cooked a healthy dinner. A slower day, but still making progress! 👉 Rest days are key to staying consistent and making long-term progress!
