This is just a really quick demo on how I fill and cover a two layer Devil's Food Cake. You can check out the links for the cake and the frosting above. This is such a good recipe! You will not be disappointed! The cake is soft and moist and the chocolate frosting is thick and fudgy. Always soft and really makes this cake something special. I was having some software difficulties so there's no voice over but I hope you can see how I do it and you can follow along. Also, I was frosting this cake in the daylight with natural light coming through the window and it was changing a lot!
