No complicated churning is required either; simply freeze, blitz, and enjoy. ► INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups Frozen Bananas ½ cup Coconut milk cubes ¼ tsp Vanilla ► TOPPINGS: Choco chips ► INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: Slice your bananas into chunks and arrange them in a single layer on a dish or tray covered with parchment paper. Before freezing, make sure to peel the bananas. It will take two to three hours for bananas to freeze. Step 2: Add the frozen bananas to a powerful blender or food processor after letting them defrost for about 5 minutes or so, which will make them a little bit easier to puree. Step 3: To achieve a smooth, soft-serve consistency, scrape down the edges of the container and push the excellent cream into the blades of the blender or food processor. Step 4: If you prefer the soft-serve texture, you can enjoy the delicious cream right from the blender. Pour the mixture into a deep dish and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to an hour to give it a firmer texture. Then simply scoop, plate, and savor! Step 5: Freeze the banana lovely cream after wrapping it in plastic wrap or transferring it to an airtight container.
