The Russian defence ministry has transferred some of its mobilised troops out of Donetsk in Ukraine. The move comes after a group of soldiers published a video documenting abuses by the militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). According to the governor of Tuva, Kremlin has now transferred the mobilised troops to the 55th Brigade.
