This 20 min. yoga sequence is designed to counterbalance the effects a day of skiing or snowboarding in the mountains can have on your body. Do it straight when you get back, in your thermal underwear or first layers and have a block, a big book or a bolster at hand for support. You don't need any yoga experience to do this class but always listen to and respect the boundaries of your body.
