We're going through all the steps, from creaming the butter and sugars to that crucial overnight chill! Trust me, the wait is worth it! 📝 Full Recipe Ingredients (Makes one batch / Scaled-up batch) Here are the measurements used in the video. The first amount is for a standard batch, and the second is for a larger batch (which I used today!). Ingredients: Jowar Flour 173 gm, Cornstarch 30 gm, Milk Powder 8 gm, B. Pow (Baking Powder) 1/2 + 1/4 tsp, B. Soda (Baking Soda) 1/2 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Butter 113 gm, Brown Sugar 90 gm, C. Sugar 60 gm, Vanilla 1.5 tsp, Curd (Yogurt) 2 Tbsp, Milk 2 Tbsp, Flaxseed Powder 1 + 1/2 Tbsp, Water 3 Tbsp, Chocolate 180 gm. Instructions: 1. Cream the cold butter and sugars. 2. Add vanilla, curd, milk, and flax gel (made from flaxseed powder and water). Mix; slight curdling is okay. 3. Fold in the dry ingredients (Jowar Flour, Cornstarch, Milk Powder, B. Pow, B. Soda, Salt). 4. Add chocolate. 5. Chill the dough overnight. 6.
