NEVA - Vision (1989)

Jacquy (aka Jacquy Bitch) - bass, guitar, vocals / Eric - synthesizers, programming / Joel - synthesizers From the barnstorming K7 release Fausse Conscience, Neva rock it up in a very Gallic goth electro style; synths, guitars and bass working in perfect harmonic disharmony. What End Of Data might have sounded like if they'd kept going, hammered a lot of speed and embraced the goth Batcave scene. Jacquy's voice is something of an acquired taste but the theatrics never get in the way of crafted songs and a terrific mix. The whole album is up to this standard and I adore it far too much for my own good.
