Roz banao Desi Chinese with Chef Harpal! A bowl full of triple schezwan noodles, rice, gravy, veggies, crispy noodles and what not. Try your hands at these Triple Schezwan Noodles and get reminded of days when you used to have this at street stalls. 00:00 Triple Schezwan Noodles Ingredients: 1 packet Ching’s Secret Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles 2 packets Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala 4-5 tbsp Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney Water (as required) Fried Noodles 1 small Carrot ½ Cabbage 5-6 pieces French Beans 1 small Onion 7-8 Garlic Cloves 1 inch piece Ginger 1 Capsicum 5-6 tbsp Oil 1 bowl Rice Method: 1:29 Boil water 1:50 Chop the vegetables while the water boils. 7:50 Turn off the heat and then soak 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Just Soak Noodles for 5-7 minutes. 8:14 Drain the water from the noodles and rinse with cold water and set aside. 9:10 Heat oil in the pan 10:03 Saute half of the chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and all of the onion for a minute or two. 10:40 Add half of the chopped vegetables to the pan and saute. 11:23 Add the rice and noodles. 11:33 Add 2 packets of Ching's Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala. Stir Fry. 12:50 Remove on a serving plate and keep aside. 13:20 Heat oil in a smaller pan, saute the rest of the ginger, garlic and green chillies. 14:00 Add the rest of the chopped vegetables and saute for two minutes. 14:36 Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney. Mix well. 5:15 Add a little water. Mix well. 15:35 Garnish with some spring onion and pour this sauce/gravy over the noodles. 16:15 Garnish the dish with Fried Crispy Noodles & spring onion, and serve HOT!!
