Biparjoy Aftermath: 3 Highways Shut Due To Cyclone | 4600 Villages Affected

The Gujarat administration has evacuated nearly 1 lakh people ahead of Cyclone Biparjoy's. The 'very severe' cyclonic storm Biparjoy is expected to weaken into a 'severe' category storm as it is making its way into Rajasthan on Friday. It has so far caused injuries to at least 22 people and killed a cattle-rearer duo of father and son in Gujarat's Bhavnagar district. State officials said around 940 villages in Gujarat have lost electricity supply after the electric poles were damaged by the winds.
