30 MIN LOWER BODY AMRAP - With Weights - Optional Band - No Music - Timer Only

Hey friends! Here's a killer 30 minute lower body AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) strength workout with dumbbells. We’ll start with a 5 minute warm up that uses an optional resistance band. If you don’t have one, it’s still a great warm up without it! The workout contains 4 rounds with 4 exercises in each round. You’ll want to complete 8 repetitions of each exercise before moving onto the next, and you’ll complete as many rounds of the 4 exercises as you can in 4 minutes. After that, we’ll have a glorious full minute of rest to recover. For reference, the weights I’m using are 20-30 lbs, but choose whatever is right for you. As always, it’s a no music (timer only) format. Make sure to turn on your favourite playlist or podcast, grab your drink, and let's crush it together!
