Hydro Thunder(PS1) Venice Canals 1:09:98

After nearly 18 years,a useful OoB has finally been found in this game!! And it was found by accident,just like the other 2 I have found(which are very likely useless) It doesn't save as much time as I had hoped,but it makes the shortest track in the game even shorter! Unfortunately,it's extremely frustrating to get in a run(this run took almost 3 hours to get),and I don't fully understand why or how it works.I'll go into more detail about it when I have a better understanding of it.This run was quite bad,but it shows what time is possible with this new discovery.(which i'd say a 1:07 is easily possible with a good run) I do feel like if,even if I did get a better understanding of it,it would be too risky to go for in,say, an All Tracks run,but who knows.
