Maybe you´ve seen Amy Winehouse during her "Black to Black" tour. Robin was her guitarist during this legendary time. A few days ago I had the chance to meet him and Jazzy and catch this moment like a little timecapsule between now and many many memories. Live truly an experience since I never got to see Amy live but got this weekend through an evening with her songs a wonderful chance to get an impression of what it might have been. Thankful. :) THIS: Surprise - Robin and Jazzy Nightingale covered the song made famous by Lori Lieberman, Roberta Flack, the Fugees´Lauryn Hill. ... I catched myself letting the video play after finishing the cut - Robin´s and Jazzy´s play will be balm for your soul in a noisy world - guitar and voice melt edinto kinda acoustic honey fading out daily biz and letting room for the brillianc of the songwriters´composing in a pure arrangement - only vocals in Robins legendary guitar play as we know it from his times with Amy Winehouse on her "back to black" tour.
