Strange tales kitchen Vegetable pakora Pakora is a spiced fritter originating from the Indian subcontinent, sold by street vendors and served in restaurants in South Asia and worldwide. It consists of items, often vegetables such as potatoes and onions, coated in seasoned flour batter and deep fried. Like, share, comment & subscribe 1 onion sliced 1 potato grated ¼ carrot cut in strips ½ red pepper sliced 2-3 Chinese cabbage leaves sliced Coriander leaves, stem, root chopped 3 garlic cloves chopped 20 gram ginger chopped 1 tsp ground coriander seeds 1 tsp chilli flakes 25 gram Indian curry powder 100 gram flour 1 tsp salt Method 1. Mix all the ingredients together apart from the flour rest for 10 minutes. 2. Add the flour mix into a paste you may need to add a little water as you don’t want the mixture too dry. 3. Deep fry the mixture about a tablespoon at a time on a medium low heat for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
