Professor Daryl Glaser on the Scotland elections

Balloting is well underway across Scotland in an historic referendum on whether to declare independence from the United Kingdom. The vote is expected to be a nail-biter, with opinion polls this week all giving the pro-union No side a slim edge, though within the margin of error. The once in a lifetime vote that could see Scotland gaining independence from the United Kingdom after a 307 year union. Professor Daryl Glaser is the Head of Dept. of Political Studies at Wits University. And he joins us in studio now.
