Sidemount Essentials, Day 5 : “5 Minutes Later”

Part of the "5 Minutes Later" series, here is Day 5 of 5 of a Side Mount Scuba Diving Essentials training course. The divers are taking the optional fifth day for a stage cylinder workshop where we cover the equipment setup, cylinder configuration, donning/doffing and gas switching. Additionally, we get to see how the cylinder impacts us when diving, how it affects buoyancy and trim and to better understand the impact on weighting and in water handling. The fifth day is highly recommended for diver looking to take technical training 😊
