Pisco is delicious, Pineapple Gomme is a great thing to make and quite simple, Byrrh is hard to pronounce, but yummy to drink. They all combine to make a delicious drink. The Pisco Punch. 2 oz Pisco (Acholado is good, Quebranta is amazing) 1 oz Pineapple Gomme (Or just pineapple syrup) .75 oz Lime Juice .5 oz Byrrh (Or another quinqquina) Dash of Angostura Shake and strain.
