Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Curt T-connector vehicle wiring harness with the four-way flat trailer connector. Now, this is a custom-fit part. It is designed to fit the 2019 and newer Kia Forte sedan vehicles. And on a custom-fit part like this, I do like to recommend for you to go to the website. Use the fit guide. Put in your year and model vehicle. And it'll show if this'll work for your application. Now, this will provide this four-way flat trailer connector at the back of your vehicle to power your trailer's signal lights. And it is compatible with five-pole, six-pole and seven-pole adapters that we do sell separately on our website. This kit does connect very quickly and easily. Just locate your connection points which are on the vehicle. There'll be one behind the driver's side tail light inside of the trunk. There'll be one behind the driver's side rear bumper. And there's one behind the passenger side rear bumper. Plug in these T-connectors right here to those connection points. Ground your white wire right here. And then, run this power wire to your vehicle's battery. If you notice this black box here, this is the tail light converter. This is to ensure that your vehicles wiring will match that of your trailer. And it is a power module. That's why it'll connect directly to the battery to avoid overloading your vehicle's electrical system. This converter is constructed using SMT technology, which is surface-mount technology. Gives you more consistent, reliable performance. It'll maximize your trailer light yield and intensity while producing minimal heat. And it does ensure superior operation in rough road conditions. If you notice on the four-way, it does come with this nice dust cover for the four-way. So, when it's not being used, you can just put the cover on there, and it protects those terminals from any damage or from any elements. A few specs on this. The maximum amperage for the stop and turn light circuit is three amps per side. Tail lights is six amps total. Does include everything shown here on the table. Comes with a nice set of instructions on how this installs. But basically, what you end up doing is after you make your T-connectors right here, after you plugged those all in, what you wanna do is this black box here. This converter box does have some weight to it, so you do wanna attach it to a good flat surface so it doesn't bounce around. So, they do include a piece of double face tape that you can use for that. And then, run your four-way out towards the back. And then, you'll have two remaining wires, the white wire and the black wire. The white wire will have an eyelet on it. That's for a ground. So, if there's a nearby ground you can connect this to, if not, they do include a grounding screw that you can make your own ground. And then, there's a black power wire. This needs to run to the front of the vehicle to the vehicle's battery. And they do give you the extra wire and connectors to do that. So, what you'll do is take the connector. Put it on this end. And then, run your length of wire up to the front. Now, when you do get to the front, you don't wanna connect this wire directly to the battery. You wanna run it through this inline fuse holder. Take your other butt connector. Connect it to one side of the fuse holder just like that. And then, on the other side of the fuse holder, you'll take this eyelid connector. Connect it onto there, and then, connect that to the battery. Once it's connected, pop it open. Take your included 10 amp fuse. Drop it into the fuse holder. Push it all the way in. Put your cap down on place. And then, your system's all ready to go. They do give you some extra cable ties to take up any slack in the wiring. Now some of the wiring has to go through some rubber grommets, so they do give you some tube of black silicone to help seal that up. But that should do it for the review on the Curt T-connector vehicle wiring harness with the four-way flat trailer connector..
