The West Chester mother charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of two of her own children faces a judge for sentencing. Ashley Rhiles' attorney said she worked until 1:00 a.m. the night before the deadly fire and while three of her four children slept, she went to a nearby convenience store to get a drink and check her mail. In the 14 minutes she was gone, an electrical fire filled the building with smoke. The fire took the lives of two of her children. We're recapping the incident from it's start to Rhiles' sentencing.
