Subaru WRX STi spec C RA '05 GT6 PD Japanese Bias??

Two laps on Nurburgring Nordschleife. I should be DQ'd several times over for going off track and hitting barriers. If I were in a BMW, Mercs or when even running the Vette C7 thru here. If I go off in the slightest my lap is in the red. I am off the track several times for a total of 25secs and am not DQ.d?? I believe PD has buff'd this car and other Japanese models, meanwhile nerff'in other manufactures from different Countries. For a driving "Sim" if this is practiced by PD, IMO is not acceptable. I will add a C7 Vette run I recently did shortly, you'll for basically minor infractions I get DQ'd. this happens when running the BMW M3, Mercs AMG series, etc.
