Batman learns that Roman Sionis (Black Mask) has organized a prison breakout at Blackgate Prison. But once Batman arrived, he discovers that it was not Black Mask taking control of Gotham. A new villain named, The Joker has hired several assassins' named: Deathstroke (Slade Wilson), Deadshot (Floyd Lawton), Copperhead, Electrocutioner, Killer Croc, Firefly (Garfield Lynns), the Electrocutioner (Lester Buchinsky), Shiva and Bane to hunt down the Batman and take over Gotham City. Batman must find clues, fight against numerous gangs and apprehend the most dangerous criminals in Gotham.
