Van life cooking a special birthday dinner while bookdocking in the Kofa wilderness. Use sous vide to bring 2 beef tenderloin steaks to medium rare 129.5F, then sear to brown on induction cooktop. Slice, season and cook new potatoes on cooktop. Serve with spinach salad and a special Malbec from High Lonesome Vineyard (McNeal AZ).
