Here is the 🔥 flow 👇🏼 ⁣ 1️⃣ KB Push Up/Core Row/Crawl x 5/each 2️⃣ Double KB Swings x 5 3️⃣ Double KB Cleans x 5 4️⃣ Double KB Squat Rotational Press x 5 5️⃣ Double KB Reverse Lunge x 5/side ⁣ ⏱ Rest 90-120 seconds and repeat for 2-3 rounds as a finisher and 4-6 rounds as a full short, and challenging, workout. ⁣ After you clang and bang this one out let me know how you’re feeling.
