Can You Beat Terraria Without the Letter E?

This is the start of a Terraria playthrough where you can only use weapons, accessories, and armour that don't contain the letter E. This heavily restricts the usual playstyle a Terraria player might go for. Also the words pickaxe, axe, greaves, helmet, breastplate and hammer all have an E, which makes it much harder.
