Kundalini Yoga Meditation class - Balancing and Grounding, for an Open and Peaceful Heart

Kundalini Yoga Meditation class - Balancing and Grounding, for an Open and Peaceful Heart

Tattva Balance beyond Stress and Duality Sa Ta Na Ma Kriya to Balance the 5 Tattvas Lotus Kriya Meditation for Boundlessness Mantra used: SAA TAA NAA MAA (Panj Shabd) Translation: Infinity - Life or Existence - Death or Transformation - Rebirth In this class, we'll be releasing held tension from stored stress in order to re-balance ourselves - to re-balance our energy through working with what we call the elements, or tattvas - these tattvas (earth, water, fire, air and ether) are associated with the first 5 chakras (root, sacral, navel, heart and throat). Once in a greater state of inner balance and feeling more grounded within ourselves, we'll work on expanding our energy to feel a deeper sense of inner peace, openness and contentment. Release, re-balance and renew! Throughout this class, remember that you can always visualize any exercise if needed. Join me for live online classes too! 🙏 Visit https://www.cindybrohawnyoga.com/week... Remember to just do your best and listen to your body, as you move through this practice. For meditations, it's important to sit up as straight as you're able and keep the chin pulled in (not down), in a light neck lock, unless otherwise instructed. If sitting on the floor doesn't work for you, you can always sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor. You want to be able to sit comfortably.
