MY Samsung S7 Edge which was pre-ordered from Samsung has been working flawlesly over the past couple of months, until Wednesday this week. I had taken a video on it and an hour later it apeared to begin with, a black screen, as if it was dead. This then developed into what you see in the video. The online help was okay but nothing special. They confirmed I could take it into the Glasgow service centre (which I had looked into and asked them). They had initially said just to post it to them ! Anyway, my wife took it into the shop and within a couple of hours, had it back in prefect working order. I hadn't even lost any of my content. VERY happy with Samsung service from this experience. Even the guys in the shop were very helpful. The Problem was a defective screen which they replaced with a new one. Happy days !!
