Skipjack/Bonito [Catch N' Cook] Costa Rica Fishing

Family vacation in Costa Rica! We spent a couple of days exploring the gorgeous rainforest by going zip-lining as well as hiking. We then went to the beach for a couple of days and one of those days we got to do some fishing. We caught a ton of bonito and a good size hound fish and even got to see a freakin whale! Defiantly one of the coolest things I have ever had the privilege to do! Our final say on the taste of a bonito is that it is defiantly NOT a trash fish! If you catch one, give it a try!
