The Rockwell 6C in my opinion is the best safety razor you can buy for the money, how good it shaves , the speed and ease of using this safety razor. You can be a beginner shaver and use this razor on your face and it does make you a better shaver. This razor is so smooth on your face and for $50 you can't beat this safety razor. It is a adjustable razor that has three different plates and you will find a plate that fits any razor blade you put in it for your face. From a very mild razor like a Merkur 34C to a more aggressive razor using the R6 plate. My favorite go to razor for every day shaves. What I have found is the better I get at wet shaving with a safety razor the more aggressive I want to go. Meaning, with this razor I have that option obviously I can put more aggressive blades in it but the bump up a different plate is a whole Nother ballpark. This is the best razor on the market plain and simple and it is in my top three and my most recommended razor for anyone.
