Step right up! Step right up! Right after the Portsmouth Halloween Parade this October 31st, Mad Haus and Stu Dias will be pleased to present for the first time Cirque Desolate at the lovely Seacoast Repertory Theatre. Dazzle at the sounds of Stu Dias of the Soggy Po Boys (and backed this night by the same fellas) as he reveals his new album Cirque Desolate! Wonder at the sights of the Mad Haus Tribe as they conceptualize the whole album right before your very eyes. Never before seen! Never before heard! See the death defying aerial acrobats and the clouds on the day you met. Experience the thrill of dangerous dances tamed by brave hearts. Smell the cologne on his neck and the alcohol on your breath the first time you kissed (but that's all over now). Hear the sounds of horns and strings and a phone ringing and ringing. Guffaw at the clowns until your sides hurt like the things you wish you had done while you were still alive. Forget that you may have died. Forget where you are! It’s the Cirque Desolate! We will start up as quick as we can after everybody has a chance to ambulate over after the Halloween Parade. Mark the Bartamer will be serving up his specialty libations and cocktails at the Seacoast Rep’s full bar throughout the evening, and we invite you to stay and have a hootenanny on our stage, provided by Stu and the Soggy Po Boys once the conceptualization is complete. Costumes, of course, are encouraged! The address is 125 Bow Street. Tickets are $15 or pay what you can at the door. Can’t afford to play? Come anyway. We will exact the cost from you another time in another way. Bring a pal! Blessed to have a little extra this week? Toss a bit more in at the door in honor of those who can’t. seacoastrep.org/madhaus We do recommend you get your tickets beforehand. Mad Haus is a production of Seacoast Rep’s Red Light Series
