2001 ELHS Fieldshow "Band of Gypsies" @ WCU
The first "Tournament of Champions" at Western Carolina University. The "Mustang Band" finished in 2nd place receiving the "Reserved Grand Champion" Trophy (Pope HS of Marietta, GA was the champion). The 2001 show was "Band of Gypsies"....a fun show that proved to be exactly the right show during the difficult months after 9-11. It was a tough, but very good year for the "Mustang Band."
