This is a 20 minute workout targeting the glutes and the legs using only one dumbbell; here we are performing each exercise either 1 set or 2 sets and the timer is on for 45 seconds resting 15 seconds in between. awe are hitting the butt from every angle to achieve a nice tight round booty and all the major muscles in our legs, the quads, the hamstrings, the calves and the inner and outer thighs all using just 1 dumbbell.
