In this face yoga video, we focus on specific face massage techniques to boost collagen and elastin in the skin, and to create lift and tone, specially in the jaw, cheekbones and cheeks. You will need a few drops of your favourite face oil, and a small mirror to check the progress. We work on the right side of the face first, after which you can compare against the left side to notice subtle lift, de-puffing and definition on the side youâve just worked on. Face yoga is all about consistency and repetition. I advise including these moves into your skincare regime so you can do them regularly for best and sustained results, for example an evening skincare routine when you use face oil and can include a few minutes of face massage.
