Kadhi Pakoda Recipe| Melts in your mouth | Protein rich Vegetarian dish

Here’s one of my favourite North Indian vegetarian dishes that is just so delicious and a very rich source of protein. Kadhi Pakoda was one of my favourite dishes served to us at our University mess and here I am sharing my version of it which is pretty simple and easy. Ingredients: Pakoda- 3 Boiled Potatoes mashed ( You can use raw potato grated as well ) 200g Besan ( gram flour ) 1/2 cup Curd 1 Onion finely chopped 1 tsp Ginger grated 1 tbsp melted Butter 1 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder 1 pinch Baking soda Salt to taste Water Kadhi- 200g Besan (gram flour) 1 cup sour Curd ( if curd is not sour add 1 tbsp Lemon juice) 1 and a half tsp Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder Salt to taste Water 2 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera) 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seed (Methi) 1/2 tsp Mustard seed (Rai) 2 Dried red chilly 2-3 Green chillies 7-8 Curry leaves 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) Coriander leaves for seasoning #kadhipakoda #kadhi Curry Pakora , North Indian food, kadhi recipe, curry pakora recipe, pakora, curry, vegetarian recipe, healthy recipe, protein rich vegetarian dish recipe , indian vegetarian recipe
