I mean, I covered a Chino Moreno song about 4 years ago, but I managed to dodge Deftones completely for some reason. Anyway, I thought I'd start with the popular track. However, I was quite surprised to see that most tabs wrote the main verse as "0-10-12-0-10-12". I guess I can understand why, but when you listen closely, you'll hear that there is some dissonance. Slowing down the song helped, but I also found 2 older live videos where the bassist was clearly playing that 11-12 hammer-on all throughout the song.
