Returning to Japan during Coronavirus and the Exit Ban

Easily my favorite flight vlog I've ever made! So I returned to Japan on September 1, completing an arduous process of paperwork, COVID testing, and flying in an empty plane. When I arrived, I was told that the '14 day quarantine' wasn't necessarily mandatory and that I should just 'be careful' during this time. At the time of upload, nobody's called to check on me...it's unusual.
