Mazor Robot - Surgical plan review in theatre just before starting

Here’s a brief Robot-assisted spinal surgery planning video. We’re talking about pedicle screw trajectories and incision locations, a typical discussion we have for such cases in theatre just after reviewing her MRI together, and now looking at her CT data. This patient in her mid-70s with severe symptomatic spinal stenosis at L3-L5 and a grade 1 slip/spondylolisthesis at L4-5 underwent successful surgery using the Mazor robot to assist in precision neuronavigation of her pedicle screws. I also used intraoperative real-time sensory+motor nerve monitoring of all her limbs and our intraoperative Samsung BodyTom CT scanner. My thanks to Greg Engsun/Life Healthcare and Ryan Hamer/Neuro-Monitoring Services Australia.
