Russia says it's ready to discuss conflict with Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says Moscow has yet to see any serious proposals for peace in Ukraine. The Kremlin says it stands ready to discuss the conflict with Western countries and to respond to any serious proposals. Lavrov addressed the media just ahead of his visit to South Africa next week.
