✨MUSHROOM GALOUTI KABAB -Ingredients: Button Mushrooms 8-10 Onion 1 cup sliced Garlic cloves 5-6 Cashews 7-10 Salt as per taste Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Besan 1/4 cup Ghee 1 tsp Method: Blanch mushrooms and make a paste. Fry onion, garlic and cashews till onion turns brown. Make a paste of this. In a pan with hot oil add salt, spices and both the paste. Fry a bit. Add ghee and besan. Fry till the mixtures leaves the pan. Let the mixture cool. Make patties and shallow fry. ENJOY . . . @aparajitaspicygrill
