Waqf Amendment Act Supreme Court Hearing LIVE: सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दूसरे दिन फंस गया वक्फ बोर्ड! सबूत देख चौंके जज! वक्फ कानून को लेकर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में फिर सुनवाई होनी है और आज इस पर अंतरिम फैसला आना संभव है.. कल हुई सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कानून के कुछ प्रावधानों पर चिंता जताई थी और आज उसी को लेकर अंतरिम आदेश संभव है... सीजेआई संजीव खन्ना, जस्टिस पीवी संजय कुमार और जस्टिस केवी विश्वनाथन की बेंच ने इस मामले में दायर याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई की...और मामले में पक्षों की दलीलों को सुना। लेकिन कोर्ट ने कानून के लागू होने पर तत्काल रोक नहीं लगाई है. In the hearing held yesterday, the Supreme Court had expressed concern over some provisions of the law and an interim order is possible today regarding the same. A bench of CJI Sanjiv Khanna, Justice PV Sanjay Kumar and Justice KV Vishwanathan heard the petitions filed in this case... and heard the arguments of the parties in the case.
