Typhoon Haiyan - An appeal from the Philippines - Handicap International

Sylvain Riccio, a member of Handicap International's emergency response team in the Philippines speaks about what he has seen. Typhoon Haiyan battered the Philippines on 8th November. Handicap International has a 15-strong emergency team on the ground, to reinforce the organisation's local teams already working in the country.
