Hello, Yogis! Welcome to this 35-minute afternoon or evening yoga reset flow. This full-body practice helps you decompress, release, and relax. If you are doing this practice in the middle of the day, let this flow help you re-center and re-establish a starting point so you can move forward with your day more positively. If you are doing this practice in the evening, this practice is to help you leave behind what no longer serves you.
